NOTES ON THUNDERTIX​

  • The head table (BRUNELLO) is reserved for the President, the President's invited guests, and winery reps.

  • At the close of each registration period, guest tables will be combined to optimize the number of tables required. Parties will not be split up, but recognize that the maximum number of people at a given table is 8. No 'private' tables will be reserved.

Chicken Skewers with Teriyaki Sauce, Swedish Meatballs, and Antipasto Board x 2 Cheeses (in the Chianti room)

 

2nd Course

Heirloom Beets, Orange, Shaved Fennel, Watercress,

Tarragon Crème Fraîche Dressing, Crispy Shallots, Rolls with Butter

3rd Course

Filet Mignon, Roasted Asparagus, Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Red Wine Sauce

or

Seared Sea Scallop, Butternut Squash puree, Wild Mushrooms, Parmesan Cream

or

Vegetable Pasta with Vodka sauce over Penne served with Parmesan Asparagus

Dessert

Black Forest Cake with Brandied Cherries, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Chocolate Curls

Prices are $105 each for Filet or Scallops, $95 for Vegetarian. Add $10 per person for non-members.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 21st until Monday, December 1st at 6 pm or until sold out.

Wines featured this evening will be available at special member pricing after dinner that evening only.
